Green Juices!

I don't add fruits to my juices but if you find it hard to stomach a green juice, then adding in an apple may do the trick :-)

My current favorite green juice combo includes kale, cucumber, celery, lemon and cayenne pepper. 

 
 

What to do for dressing?

I use lemon, cayenne pepper and curry powder as my dressing.

 

SALAD OF THE MONTH

Currently my new favorite salad. Seaweed and kelp noodles with lemon, cayenne and curry powder dressing.
