Exercise has played a huge role in my improvement.
Three years ago, I couldn't make it from my bed to the bathroom. Now I'm able to jog! Yippee! Thank you, Dr. Noah Greenspan. Check out the Pulmonary Wellness Center if you're in NYC. They designed an exercise routine specific to my needs so that I could work out safely on my own.

Today, my treadmill routine consists of walking and mini jogs. I do some form of exercise 5 to 6 days a week.
